His technical achievements include the first speech to text technology for severely disabled software engineers, object and facial recognition research, and projects related to law enforcement and national security. He was one of technical architects for the Crime Data Warehouse used by NYPD Real-Time Crime Center. Mike was the principal architect for the Intelligent Operations Center for New York City and New York State.
